Processing times
While we make every effort to get your orders sent out as soon as possible, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and packed before being shipped. This includes orders where express shipping has been selected.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic we may have some delays in shipping and processing times. We're working hard to get your orders out ASAP but we appreciate your patience during these difficult times. Please check https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/current-updates for updates.

Please note that we cannot guarantee your order notes are read before your order is processed. If you'd like a custom order please email info@blueberryco.com.au
Incorrect Address
Please note, if you enter the incorrect address we cannot guarantee we are able to make changes before your order is shipped. If you do enter the incorrect address, please email us at info@blueberryco.com.au with the subject 'Urgent Address Change' and we will endeavour to catch your order and make changes before shipment.
Our customer service staff are all working parents so while we try and check our email regularly, we work odd hours around our children and sometime may miss your email before your order is shipped. The vast majority of orders are shipped at 6:30am AEST every weekday morning when our warehouse staff arrive.
We ask all customers to check their delivery details prior to ordering to ensure your order is received.
If your order is shipped with the incorrect address, you are able to contact Australia Post with your tracking number and request an address update.
Australian domestic shipping
We use Australia Post for both standard and express shipping options. By selecting the “Standard shipping’ or “Express Post” options at checkout you are agreeing to the Australia Post terms of service. You can view them here.
